Full Stack Developer for Growing Fitness Accessories Company

We are a fitness accessories company that prides itself on enhancing the health and fitness journey of our clients through innovative and reliable products. In our continuous endeavor to provide exceptional tools and support, we are now branching out into digital solutions that further this mission.

We believe in fostering productivity and organization in all aspects of life, including fitness, by delivering quality digital products akin to the functionalities offered by prominent apps like GoodNotes. As part of this new venture, we are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and take the lead on developing an MVP for a note-taking and productivity app.

Your role will be integral to bringing this digital product from concept to reality, working in tandem with the CEO and other team members, such as:
Sales & Marketing Manager
Finance Manager
Customer Service Manager
SEO Team
Graphic Designer

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with the CEO & COO to understand the vision and requirements for the app.
Planning, designing, and developing a cross-platform MVP for iOS and web, with a focus on note-taking and productivity features.
Building and maintaining the front-end and back-end components of the app, ensuring a seamless, responsive user experience.
Implementing and managing the app’s database and server infrastructure.
Coordinating with the design team to ensure the app’s UI/UX is intuitive and user-friendly.
Preparing the app for deployment, including the submission process to the Apple App Store and setting up web hosting.
Establishing fundamental security practices to safeguard user data.

We expect from you:
Proficiency in cross-platform development frameworks, particularly React Native for mobile, and React or Click to view for the web.
Experience with back-end development, API design, and database management.
Capability to convert high-level ideas into actionable development plans and features.
Strong organizational skills to manage the complexities of a full-stack development project.
A portfolio demonstrating prior development experience with cross-platform applications.

You should also have:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for learning and personal growth, applying new skills to continuously improve the product and development process.
In your initial months, you will dive into the planning and execution of the MVP, defining key features and setting the groundwork for future scaling. Your ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks, set timelines, and meet milestones will be crucial.
