Full-Stack Developer / Laravel Expert | Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Laravel Developer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Laravel and front-end technologies, with a reputation for creating and maintaining web applications of the highest quality. You should be passionate about delivering pixel-perfect UI/UX and be comfortable handling both client and server-side coding.

In this role, you’ll also be required to communicate effectively in English as we have a diverse, international team. We use Skype chat for daily team communication, so you’ll need to be comfortable with this mode of interaction and can provide clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

This position is not for a short-term or project-based role. We are looking for someone who is committed to growing with us in a full-time capacity, bringing their expertise and fresh perspectives to our projects. You will be working on a series of large projects with us in a supporting role with our Senior Developer. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities

– Design and maintain complex web applications using Laravel and front-end technologies.
– Work closely with our team to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
– Consistently create well-designed, tested, and efficient code.
– Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort.
– Ensure cross-browser compatibility for all designs.
– Demonstrate a deep understanding of business logic, and actively suggest improvements to features or processes.
– Take initiative to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet project deadlines.
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing project tasks on schedule and by interacting and mentoring junior developers.
– Write clean, easy to read and well documented code

Required Skills and Experience

– At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
– Expertise in PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
– Experience with Python a bonus, but not requirement.
– Proficiency in SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
– Experience with software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat).
– Experience with front-end technologies like Click to view, React or Angular.
– Excellent written and spoken English skills, for daily communication with our international team.
– Comfortable working with tools like Skype for daily interaction and goal setting.

Compensation and Payment Terms

– The salary for this position is $1,200 per month. We do not offer a 13th month.
– Payment is with Paypal or Wise.
