ABOUT US: Eternal Homes Projects is changing the way investment properties are secured for our B2B clients. Eternal Homes Projects is the sales and marketing arm of our construction business Eternal Homes. Our internal sales teams, investment groups, financial advisors, planners, accountants and more, use Eternal Homes Projects to access the best investment properties across Australia for their clients. We manage the land acquisition, administration and construction to deliver a seamless solution so our Sales Teams can purely focus on selling to and advising their clients.

ROLE PURPOSE: To create, implement and manage innovative ideas in technology to ensure Eternal Homes Projects embraces the technology space to implement its benefits into the property industry.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Eternal Homes Projects Stock Portal Management and Upgrades
• CRM Management and Upgrades
• Web Application Management and Upgrades
• Constant evaluation and suggestions for improvement based on available technology advancements for implementation into business
• Work alongside another full stack programming professional in managing and upgrading EHP stock portal, Hubpsot CRM etc

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience
• At least 5 years experience working as WordPress Developer
• In-depth understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience in building user interfaces
• Familiarity with tools like Chrome inspector and Firebug
• Ability to turn layouts and wireframes into HTML pages
• Strong knowledge of PHP back-end development
• Strong knowledge with using hooks and filters
• Familiarity with APIs and formats like XML and JSON
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to further benefit a business
• Ability to communicate and translate technology to staff and stakeholders efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines constantly
• Real Estate Exposure is an advantage
• Experience using CRMs preferrably Hubspot is an advantage

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

• Minimal error making and ability to rectify any potential errors immediately
• Fast paced and responsive to phone calls and emails
• Ability to work on evenings and weekends if and when required (flexible work options are available to ensure a good balance)
• Complete all tasks on time
• Deal with all employees professionally at all times
• Ensure KPIs are consistent and always improving
