Frontdoor is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build our social discovery engine. Our work is at the forefront of next-generation networks (web3), leveraging techniques from AI (large language models)

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the Frontdoor web app and chrome extension using React
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python
* Work with the team to design and implement new features
* Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to improve the overall platform
* Use your expertise in AI and OpenAI to develop and integrate the backend AI functionalities
* Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Requirements:
* Exceptional experience with React and strong experience with Python
* Good experience with SQL and familiar with PostgreSQL
* Knowledge of AI, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone)
* Experience with BERT or other language models is a plus
* Experience with recommender systems is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-moving team environment
