Let’s get down to business. The criteria for the person we’re looking for are below:

Fast Internet: You have your own computer and high-speed internet connection.
English: You can speak, read, and write well in English.
Able to work from home without distractions.
Skype: Can communicate via this method.
PayPal Account: You have or can set up your own PayPal account.
Eager to Learn New Things.
Fast Learner & Open to be trained in other skills.
Full-Time: You are able to work 40 hours per week.
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

Excellent skills in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Strong organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of English grammar and figurative language.
Strong research skills.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other paid marketing tools.
Experience in building and optimizing sales funnels.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Ability to work with and communicate well with developers or IT staff to assess or troubleshoot any technical issues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Designing and building effective sales funnels to optimize customer journeys.
Managing and executing Facebook paid marketing campaigns.
Creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
Developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborating with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Ensuring all marketing efforts are in line with the company’s branding and objectives.
Assisting in the creation of SOPs.
Miscellaneous activities that foster the growth of Titan College and our other web assets and promote the ends of our staff and students.
