FULL STACK MARKETER
Job Summary: Spearhead the development and execution of robust marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging target demographics, and fostering lead generation across diverse channels. This role demands a fusion of inventive thinking, analytical acumen, and technical prowess to orchestrate impactful marketing initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to engage customers at every stage of their journey, from awareness to advocacy. Craft personalized experiences that nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.
2. Social Media: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, creating compelling content and engaging with our audience to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
3. BI Dashboards and KPIs: Utilize business intelligence tools to track and analyze marketing performance. Develop KPIs and dashboards that provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
4. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to our website.
5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Lead our SEO efforts, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy. Identify local SEO opportunities to enhance our visibility in target markets.
6. Unified Keyword Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis to inform content creation, PPC campaigns, and SEO strategies. Identify high-opportunity keywords and optimize our digital presence accordingly.
7. Shopify Integration: Leverage Shopify to optimize the customer shopping experience, streamline transactions, and drive conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with marketing initiatives.
8. Emphasis on Email and SMS Marketing: Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. Utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant and timely messaging.
9. Admin: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including budget management, vendor relationships, and reporting.
10. Site Optimization: Collaborate with our web development team to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance site functionality and drive results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, CRM software, and social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles, preferably within the B2B or tech sector.
Proven track record of delivering tangible results through marketing campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing previous marketing endeavors and campaigns is advantageous.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Certifications in digital marketing or cognate disciplines are highly regarded.
Flexible schedule with a readiness to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
