In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing a state-of-the-art AI coaching platform designed to offer personalized guidance and support across various coaching niches. This platform leverages the latest in AI technology to provide users with a tailored coaching experience, actionable insights, and continuous growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Platform Development: Architect, design, and implement a robust, scalable backend and user-friendly frontend for the AI coaching platform.
-AI Integration: Work with AI/ML technologies, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, to develop and integrate advanced algorithms for personalized content curation and user assessment.
-API Development: Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration of various platform components and third-party services.
-Database Management: Design and manage secure, scalable databases to store and process user data and platform analytics.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the platform offers a high-performance, responsive user experience across all devices.
-Security and Compliance: Implement best practices in data security and privacy to protect user information and comply with relevant regulations.
-Continuous Improvement: Continuously test, refine, and enhance the platform based on user feedback and performance data.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
-Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, ).
-Experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically TensorFlow and PyTorch, for building and deploying scalable AI models.
-Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and web server technologies (e.g., Nginx, Apache).
-Knowledge of RESTful API development and experience integrating third-party services and APIs.
-Strong understanding of web security practices and data protection strategies.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
