Viking Asset Management LLC is in need of a Web Developer who will be responsible for developing a website and web application for our company. The ideal candidate will have a background in web development and be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies. This is an essential position that will help our team develop our website to offer good quality service to our customers. You will work remotely.
To do this role properly, you should be accurate in following instructions, efficient to deliver good results, and have good analytical and communication skills to understand our business needs. If you think you have the following qualifications and are comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries, we would like to have you.

Responsibilities:
Website and web application development
Directing or performing website updates
Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
Set up, configure and manage servers, including web servers, database servers and application servers.
Back up files from websites to local directories for recovery.
Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements such as technical workflows/processes.
Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.

Skills Requirements:
Have experience with programming languages such as Python, CSS, and HTML
Workflows/process knowledge is preferred.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
