JOB OVERVIEW
AllCloud Marketing is seeking an experienced full stack web developer to join our team. This position will create and maintain WordPress websites and vTiger CRM for our two new companies, AllCloud VA which contracts and trains Filipino Virtual Assistants to provide services to US based Real Estate Agents and AllCloud Marketing which will provide full service digital marketing services to the same clients and others. We are also considering expanding the customization of our vTiger CRM that we use for marketing our home inspection company and marketing it to all US based home inspectors as a SaaS service. This is a ground floor opportunity as we have ceased all freelance relationships and look forward to building a Web Development Team.

We prefer a Full Time (40 hour week) team member who is seeking long term employment.

Duties:
-Create, install and maintain WordPress websites for the company and Clients.
-Install, customize and maintain vTiger CRM for the company and Clients.
-Maintain the websites for the company.
-Maintain and address any email hosting issues.
-Create Landing Pages.
-Research, recommend, install and integrate Add-Ons for WordPress, vTiger and Joomla.
-Serve as Webmaster for all web properties – including taking lead with security protocols and efforts

Requirements:
-WordPress Expert.
-vTiger Expert, or ability to quickly become one by easily learning a new programming language.
-Expert level in PHP, CSS and MySql.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Understanding of Security methods and implementation.

Your home office requirements:
– 1 primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)
– 1 backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)
– Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed
– Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
– Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage.

Compensation and Work Schedule:
– Wage/Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
– Pay semimonthly through Wise (formally Transferwise).
– Pay increases based on performance.
– Bonus plan to be developed based on goals.
-13th month pay (1st year prorated).
– You set your work hours – You are not required to work US hours. Let us know what hours you would like for your work hours to be. We will have a weekly call at a set time.
