Full Stack Web Developer and Cross Platform Administrator

The person who had this role before you was with us for 9 years, and only left because he has now finished his PhD in physics and is going to teach at university!

This will be a long-term, highly stable position if you’re the right person and want it to be. We would prefer that.

We are seeking a full time IT professional to maintain and build new landing/sales pages, create web apps, maintain our WordPress (and other various) websites, perform routine maintenance on our webservers and keep them secure, and maintain/implement our wider online IT/SaaS infrastructure and integrations.

Core responsibilities include:
– Maintaining, expanding, securing and scaling our websites, Cpanel, DNS, and related core infrastructure
– Conducting performance tests and monitoring, troubleshooting content issues, and optimizing for speed and scalability
– Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and glitches that may arise on websites
– Testing, deployment, integration with, updating, and maintaining our other services such as SaaS autoresponders (Keap/AWeber), content management systems (WordPress/Kajabi), membership systems (Kajabi), sales systems (Clickfunnels/SamCart), social media platforms (Telegram, FB, Google, etc.), tracking (Hyros, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)
– Connecting all the pieces together and maintaining a smooth flow between them, for example: funnels to tools such as sales CRM’s, email marketing, etc. (as well as cleaning the data via automations)
– Full stack web development including writing well-designed, testable, efficient, documented code using best practices
– Creating WordPress and other website layouts and user interfaces
– Integrating data from various back-end web services (REST, oAuth 2.0, XML-RPC, Webhooks, etc.)
– Ensuring cross-browser and platform optimization
– Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
– Communicating, troubleshooting and resolving bugs and issues

– Bachelor’s Degree or greater, or equivalent experience, in computer science, web development, software development, or related field preferred

You must be a strong independent worker for this position. You will be working 100% remotely, managing your tasks to meet deadlines and potentially in a different time zone than many of your colleagues.

It’s a bonus if you have one or more of the following skills (not required):
– Experience with the fundamentals (or more) of online marketing
– Native Mobile App Development (Apple “iOS” / Android)
– Up-to-date understanding of SEO principles
– Advanced online tracking/analytics skills
– AI/ML/NLP/GPT interest/skills
– Design skills, graphic arts capability, video editing skills, etc.
– Social media management skills
– Online advertising skills
– Knowledge of or interest in the English speaking spiritual marketplace

All the standard stuff applies that you’d expect from an experienced employer (weekly pay for the first month, bi-weekly pay for the second and third month, monthly pay after that; 13th month pay; most holidays; stipends for: Philhealth, Pag-Ipg, Social Security, HMO Coverage; plus up to cover PayPal transfer fees, etc.)
