Full Stack Web Developer and Graphics Designer

We are seeking a two highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer and Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at our fast-growing funnel company. As a Full Stack Web Developer and Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and highly functional web experiences that drive lead generation and maximize conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1 Full Stack Web Development:

– Collaborate with the team to design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications and landing pages that align with our clients’ business objectives.
– Implement front-end designs, ensuring seamless user experiences and responsive layouts across various devices and browsers.
– Develop back-end functionalities, including database design and integration, API development, and server-side scripting.
– Ensure the security, performance, and optimization of web applications.

2 Graphics Design:

– Create captivating and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and logos that align with our clients’ brand identities and objectives.
– Design engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications, landing pages, and email campaigns.
– Utilize advanced skills in Photoshop and other relevant tools to edit and enhance images, creating eye-catching visuals for online services/products.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for marketing collateral, including banners, social media graphics, and ad creatives.
Requirements:

Graphics Designer does not necessarily need to specialize in Web Design but rather design of online brands / products / services.

Professional Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Full Stack Web Developer, delivering high-quality web applications and landing pages.
And or demonstrated experience (5+ years) in graphics design and photo editing, particularly for online services/products.
Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web development, UI/UX design, and graphics design.

Technical Skills:

Full Stack Web Developer
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Click to view).
– Experience with back-end technologies such as Click to view, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
– Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.

Graphics Designer
– Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic design tools.

Collaborative Abilities:

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
– Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

Bonus Skills (Optional):

– Experience with funnel marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
– Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
– Familiarity with A/B testing and analytical tools.
