Role Summary:
The Full-Stack Web Developer will play a pivotal role in developing, updating, and maintaining our website hosted on Webflow. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our graphic designer and SEO team to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines. Regular tasks will include updating existing pages, creating new pages, and ensuring the website’s performance remains top-notch. Additionally, the developer will work on building tools and automations to streamline operations and will eventually be responsible for creating our in-house CRM/portal. The role requires working closely with marketing teams to implement tracking codes and support various digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain our website hosted on Webflow, ensuring high performance, user engagement, and alignment with our brand identity.
Update website content and functionality regularly, in collaboration with our graphic designer and SEO team.
Implement responsive design to ensure the website is optimised for all devices and browsers.
Monitor website performance and work on optimisation strategies to ensure the site’s speed and efficiency.
Develop and maintain tools and automations to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead the development of an in-house CRM/portal to support our business needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate tracking codes, analytics, and other digital marketing tools as required.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and web development trends to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on Webflow and other platforms.
Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks, with the ability to build scalable and secure applications.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to implement strategies for website optimisation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the development of custom solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with graphic designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is preferred.
