Job Description:
As a Full Stack Web Developer/Designer Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our web development and design projects. You will collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and functional websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on WordPress.

Responsibilities:
1. WordPress Development:
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on user experience and functionality.
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
2. Front-End Development:
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life and enhance website interactivity.
3. Back-End Development:
• Implement and maintain server-side functionality, database management, and server optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website capabilities.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with our team to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring functionality.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with our Digital Marketing VA to ensure that we are providing clear and desirable content.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are error-free, fully functional, and meet project specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience:
• Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Web Developer/Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
2. WordPress Proficiency:
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin development, and maintenance.
3. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
4. Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
