Full Stack Web Developer Starting Rate: $14/hour

Summary – We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications using modern web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining web applications that delivers exceptional user experiences. Being in this position will give you the opportunity to work on exciting projects that leverage the latest technologies and web frameworks to solve challenges for both front-end and back-end architecture while working with a highly skilled and passionate team.

REQUIRED: Available Online working hours 9AM-5PM EST (9PM-5AM PH Time).
REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation (Very Important), excellent internet connection. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
REQUIRED: Proficiency in C#, Microsoft .NET and MVC (model-view-controller).
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software – Hubstaff (will be provided)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product management and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives that are translated into technical solutions.
Participate in the full web development life cycle including design, develop, test, implement, deploy and maintain web applications while ensuring their functionality, performance, and security.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages (such as C# and .NET) and web frameworks that adheres to coding standards.
Implement user-friendly and responsive web design for front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Create, integrate, and maintain databases and API endpoints for seamless data flow in the back-end.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Preferred Experience and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role with 3-4 years of experience.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular libraries/frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, React, Angular, or ).
Strong expertise in back-end technologies and languages (e.g. C#, .NET Core, , , Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, Django or Laravel).
Solid understanding of databases (Microsoft SQL and NoSQL) including its administration and management as well as experience working with data storage solutions.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative tools (e.g., DevOps, JIRA, Trello).
Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
A passion for software development and a desire to stay current with industry best practices.
