Role Summary:
As the Full Stack Web Development Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of web development projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, and the development team, ensuring effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and the successful implementation of advanced programming solutions. Your role encompasses project management, client communication, and hands-on programming expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with team members & clients to understand project goals, technical requirements, and brand identity.
-Work closely with designers to communicate client requirements and provide comprehensive project guidelines.
-Initiate and lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project scope and objectives.
-Oversee the development team, providing guidance and hands-on assistance in advanced programming when necessary.
-Review design mock-ups and ensure seamless integration with advanced technical requirements.
-Proactively identify and address potential challenges during the development process.
-Communicate effectively with the project coordinator, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
-Ensure that final deliverables meet high-quality standards, adhere to client objectives, and leverage advanced programming techniques.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in project management and full-stack web development.
-Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, Laravel, Python, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
