Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a highly skilled Fullstack WordPress Developer capable of developing and troubleshooting our custom-built sites. We’re not looking for a mere integrator; we need someone who can go beyond piecing plugins and code snippets together. The ideal candidate can build entire sites or modules from scratch, exhibiting high expertise in WordPress development.

• Full-Time Remote Position: This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
• Passion for the Work: We’re keen on finding someone who genuinely enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with website care and management.
• Qualities: Excellent people skills, impeccable integrity, and keen attention to detail are a must, along with a proactive mindset.
• Work Schedule: Willingness to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week is crucial. This role operates during the night shift (9PM – 6AM PH Time) to serve our U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

1. Custom Development: Build WordPress sites or modules from scratch according to project specifications.
2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in our existing custom-built sites.
3. Advanced Customization: Modify and adapt themes and plugins beyond basic integrations.
4. Code Quality: Write code that is clean, well-documented, and adheres to industry standards.
5. Performance Optimization: Ensure fast loading and smooth running of websites.
6. Security Protocols: Implement strong security measures to protect website integrity.
7. SEO Best Practices: Apply SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
8. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members including designers and marketers.
9. Quality Assurance: Conduct extensive testing to ensure website functionality across devices and browsers.
10. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for code and projects, making future troubleshooting easier.

Experience

1. WordPress Development: Minimum of 8 years in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
2. Front-End Technologies: At least 8 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Back-End Technologies: At least 8 years of experience with PHP and MySQL.
4. SEO: Demonstrable experience in implementing SEO best practices.
5. Responsive Design: Proven ability to create designs that work on desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
6. Version Control: Experience using version control, preferably Git.
7. API Integrations: Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.
8. E-commerce: Experience setting up and managing e-commerce solutions like WooCommerce is a plus.
9. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira or Clickup.
