Full-Time Accountant / Financial Analyst – Must read entire job post!

Analyst Intelligence is an advanced forecasting & analysis platform for FP&A teams. We provide the software for consolidations, transformations, advanced analysis (such as SQL), reporting, and dashboarding. You can see more at Click to view. When customers don’t have an internal FP&A team then they can use us to provide assistance. We have employees all over the world, including the Philippines.

We’re looking for someone to help us manage the financial models for our clients, and perform various accounting and financial analysis tasks. This is a full-time job, paid every other week. Because the work is for our clients, and deliverables are sent over to us for immediate action, a second job reduces availability and your ability to be successful. Therefore, a second job is not allowed unless you have a really good reason why you can be successful at both. You’ll be paid on a full-time basis even during slow periods when you only work a few hours. Work hours are PH time (around 8 or 9 am). You must have a good computer/wifi.

Typical work includes:
Consolidating accounting data (quickbooks, xero, etc.) into a single spreadsheet model
Clean and manipulate data
Understand financial models in excel/google sheets
Rework and redevelop the financial models for efficient updating
Prepare the financial models for forecast updates
Populate financial reports
Duplicating the financial models and reports for comparison (scenarios)
Complete variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals)
Provide financial commentary to management
Basic forecasting (look at trends and continue them)

Expert-level required skillset:
Accounting/Bookkeeping
3-statement modeling
Google Sheets
Microsoft Excel

Preferred experience:
Financial analysis (FP&A)
SaaS company experience (metrics, KPIs)
Quickbooks (real-world, not classes)

Nice to have experience:
Microsoft Access or other relational database experience
Forecasting experience
Xero (real-world, not classes)
Dashboard creation and maintenance (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
