ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role is to support the Primal Video team by performing integral tasks on the day-to-day. These tasks will vary from time to time and depending on your specific skill set, but here a few things you might expect to do in a work day:
– Review our general inbox and respond to emails from brands, companies and subscribers
– Respond to paid members’ queries, and process cancellations, hold, and refund requests
– Research topics for an upcoming YouTube video (e.g. best video editing apps for iPhone)
– Upload articles to WordPress (this includes writing metadata & captions, inserting links, embedding videos and placing buttons)
– Implement tools, systems and automations that make the back-end operational side of Primal Video run like a smooth machine
– Research and execute on any new needs that arise in the business (general admin)
If you are experienced with SEO, there’s also potential for extra work doing topic & keyword research for our YouTube videos.

If you’re our ideal person:
– You have an incredibly high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– You have experience in customer support
– You’re a problem-solver and are comfortable working without much guidance and in an environment that can seem vague at times
– FLUENT in written & spoken English, with amazing communication skills

– You’re technologically savvy, embrace digital tools and are comfortable with automating your workflow – this is important! At Primal Video, we live on digital tools like Missive, Google Chat, Coda, ClickUp, Kajabi, Zoom and more. You don’t need to know all these systems to get the job, but you definitely need to be comfortable learning new tools and tech!
– You’re trustworthy, dependable and can think out of the box to get things done
– Extra points for prior experience succeeding in a similar role!
This is a great job with a fun & super casual (but very hard working) team. There are strict deadlines for everything. You must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!
