Hi there!

We’re looking for a Full-time Admin VA with Customer Service and Social Media Management Experience

Please only apply if you have at least one year of relevant experience in Admin Virtual Assistance, Customer Service and Social Media Management

Bonus: Experience in Home Service Industry – Plumbing and Drain

We’re looking for someone with experience on:

Administrative Assistance:
-General administrative tasks
-Proficient in creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
-Email management
-Calendar management
-Appointment setting
-Making bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
-Meeting coordination: arranging meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes
-Data entry: updating and maintaining databases or spreadsheets
-Organizing digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval
-Drafting and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and other business materials
-Utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (e.g., Housecall Pro)

Customer Service:
-Handling incoming calls and messages
-Providing customer support: Assisting and supporting clients or customers via calls, email, or chat
-Handling bookings
-Managing billings and service quotations
-Handling invoices

Social Media Management:
-Assisting with social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
-Suggesting strategies for social media marketing

-CRM Housecall Pro
-Microsoft Office
-Google Suite
-Social Media Platforms
