REQUIREMENTS |
– Experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
– Familiarity with social media platforms
– Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
– Willing to use LastPass to manage shared company platforms
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling appointments (e.g., Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar)
– Excellent communication skills – both oral and written in English
– Excellent time management skills
– Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION |
– Documenting admin procedures & then following those procedures if needed
– Working with another VA for General admin tasks
– Managing mailbox in Office 365 and Google
– Managing Calendar in Office 365
– Setting Up Meetings and Follow Ups
– Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations
– Working with the Digital Marketing Team
– Sharing Social Media Posts on Groups
– Uploading company graphics to the Pinterest page
– 40 hours per week
