Duties include:
As an Administrative/Executive Assistant, you will handle basic social media management, sending client gifts, assisting with customer service tasks, email management of multiple inboxes, calendar management, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Two years of experience as an administrative/Executive Assistant for a US-based company
• Impeccable English language skills to engage with US-based clients
• Professional and courteous with clients
• Marketing support to include, but not limited to: social media posting from a ready-to-go editorial calendar; Organizing data and gathering information; Creating or updating presentation software and video files
• Have experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Canva, and PhotoShop
• Be very detail-oriented
• Be highly organized and efficient
• Willing to step outside of your comfort zone when it comes to technology
• Have strong follow-through
• Be self-motivated AND team-oriented
• Have a can-do attitude. We need help on all levels, so there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job” here
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using business-related social media platforms (including LinkedIn and Facebook)
