Job Description:

Hello! Our company is hiring a full-time admin virtual assistant to support an executive to work on administrative tasks and create systems to run an award-winning Entertainment Talent Management company based in Los Angeles, CA.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Effective team management skills
Must be very detail-oriented and a problem solver
Able to work 9 AM PST – 6 PM PST M-F

ABOUT THE POSITION:

1. Oversee a wide variety of administrative functions, supporting Executive level projects and information management processes.

2. General administrative tasks (include but not limited to):
– Data entry
– Scheduling meetings and calendar management
– Briefing brand deals (a template will be given)
– Contract review
– Create pitch decks (Canva or Google Slides or PPT)
– Create a monthly newsletter (Mailchimp)
– Update the company website’s content
– Daily Ad hoc tasks

3. 40 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Monthly pay (every 15th of the month)
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
