Our company sells tools for mechanics across Canada and the United States. No need to know about tools or cars to join our team! But, you will experience with Amazon or Shopify.
We’re currently a small team of 6 people, and most of us are located in the Philippines.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and customer service oriented. Also, we want someone honest, with a strong work ethic and who values integrity.
Daily Tasks:
– Handling phone calls, emails & chats
– Resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions promptly
– Amazon & Shopify store management (FBA Inventory Reconciliation, A-Z Claims, Chargebacks, Case Management, etc…)
– Various operational and administrative tasks (we will give you more tasks as you learn)
Qualifications:
– Work from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST
– 2+ years of experience with Amazon or Shopify
– 2+ years of experience in customer service within e-commerce
– Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent
– Excellent skills with Google Sheets
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Can maintain a positive composure when responding to customer inquiries and concerns
– Can work with minimal supervision but still deliver great output
– Familiarity with Monday, Gorgias and Slack is a plus!
