Job Title: Full-Time Ambassador Manager & Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to fill the role of Ambassador Manager & Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, 1 to 2 years of experience managing ambassador programs, and 2 to 3 years of experience in content creation and/or graphic design using Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
– Leverage 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, particularly on the Instagram platform.
– Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
– Consistently monitor trends and implement innovative approaches to maximize social media impact.
Ambassador Program Management:
– Utilize 1 to 2 years of experience in managing ambassador programs.
– Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of ambassadors, ensuring a vibrant and active community.
– Implement strategies to recognize and reward outstanding ambassadors regularly.
Content Creation and Graphic Design:
– Leverage 2 to 3 years of experience in content creation and/or graphic design using Canva.
– Generate visually appealing and cohesive content for multiple social media platforms.
– Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, stories, and campaigns.
Leadership and Communication:
– Foster strong relationships with ambassadors, leaders, and the wider Savage Babe community.
– Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to support ambassador growth and performance.
– Maintain clear and open communication channels to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
Operational Support:
– Assist in operational tasks related to product launches and promotions on the backend of Shopify.
– Promote podcasts, events, and initiatives through engaging and creative content on Instagram stories.
Qualifications:
– 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on Instagram.
– 1 to 2 years of experience in managing ambassador programs.
– 2 to 3 years of experience in content creation and/or graphic design using Canva.
– 1 year or more of experience in using Shopify.
– 1 year experience using Trello.
– Proven ability to drive engagement and growth on social media platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
– Highly organized, dependable, with strong verbal and written English skills.
– A team player who loves to lead and manage operations.
– Highly motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing company.
– Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Meeting Schedule:
– Weekly 1-1 meetings.
– Weekly team meetings.
Compensation:
– $19,475.93 PHP to $22,258.20 PHP
