Seeking full-time, long-term virtual receptionist for busy NYC practice.
The ideal candidate would be interested in staying on long-term and growing with the business. This job requires answering client phone calls, managing several therapists’ calendar, helping clients with scheduling, sending emails to clients, and tracking documentation. Communicating with insurance companies to check insurance benefits is another essential task. Must be familiar with HIPAA compliance. Previous reception experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Please also mention any healthcare experience you have. Strong preference for familiarity with insurance companies. There may be additional tasks during downtime, such as helping manage social media pages. Candidate must be proactive.

I always try to be available to answer questions and work as a team, but since I’m often in session with clients, the ideal candidate for this role would be comfortable working very independently after thorough training.
For a full time role, pay starts at $850/month, rising to $1050/ month over a two year period (dependent on performance). For a candidate with significant reception experience and good references, I will be offering more.
This position accrues paid sick time and holidays.
I also pay the 13th month bonus (prorated for start date)
