**Position:** Full-Time Assistant to CEO and eBay Store Manager
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
**Immediate Start Required**
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
2. Oversee and execute daily operations of our eBay store, including listing products, monitoring sales, and handling customer inquiries.
3. Utilize your superior organizational skills to ensure effective time management for both the CEO and the eBay store.
4. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
5. Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with team members to ensure seamless operations and support for the CEO’s initiatives.
6. Assist in drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and conducting research as needed to support the CEO’s objectives.
7. Continuously stay informed about eBay’s policies and best practices to optimize the performance of our online store.
8. Uphold a formal and elegant demeanor in all interactions, reflecting our company’s professional image.
9. Demonstrate exceptional spoken English skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
10. Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the CEO with efficiency and attention to detail.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Personal Assistant (PA) required.
– Proficient with managing an eBay store, including product listings, customer service, and order fulfillment.
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
– Female candidates are preferred for this role to maintain the balance of the team.
– Must demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
– Knowledge of formal business etiquette and protocols.
