Job Description

RMC Solutions is a TELUS Mobility partner seeking rockstar B2B sales reps.

We’re only accepting, highly motivated, money driven, experienced B2B sales rep, who aren’t afraid of hard working, and getting things done.

Your role is to perform end to end B2B Sales for TELUS Business products. You’ll be working from the comfort of your home. All training is provided for you with regular coaching to improve your skills.

Earn a competitive base rate (40,000 PHP monthly, paid monthly. 13th month pay as well) and commission on deals you close.

If you’re a killer, expect to make over 100,000 PHP/month (no cap on commission).

Location: We’re located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and are expanding our sales team to the Philippines.

Here’s our ideal candidate:
– Has a proven track record of B2B Sales Excellence
– Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time business hours Monday – Friday (night shift Philippine Time: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST)
– Makes at least 150+ cold calls/day to C-level executives
– Book and conduct video meetings
– Sell wireless products
– Close deals
– Meet and exceed KPIs (key performance indicators)

Communication Requirements:
– Indistinguishable American Accent
– Strong verbal selling skills over the phone
– Exceptional communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling

Home Work Station Requirements:
– Reliable PC
– Stable HARDWIRED connection (at least 5 MBPS) is fundamental for this job. Your computer CANNOT be connected to the internet with a WiFi connection (we prefer applicants with DSL back-up connection).
– USB Headset (preferably with noise cancellation)
– Quiet background is a MUST. Work from home environment conducive to efficiency and productivity.
