Role Description:

As a Full-Time Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support through online chat channels. This role is sales-focused, and you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on the revenue you generate. While prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we provide comprehensive in-house training. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and drive sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements.
Build rapport with customers to enhance the overall customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong sales acumen and a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
