Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential property sellers, building rapport, and generating leads for our acquisitions team. This role is crucial to our business as it involves the initial outreach to potential clients and helping to identify investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential property sellers on a daily basis.
Follow the provided cold calling script to effectively introduce our services and gauge interest in selling.
Set expectations with potential sellers by explaining the process, including asking specific questions about the property’s condition.
Use the “4 Pillars of Motivation” to understand the seller’s motivation and timeline for selling.
Ask detailed questions about the property, such as the condition of the roof, boiler, and flooring, and whether the property is occupied or vacant.
Discuss the benefits of selling to us, including cash offers, covering closing costs, no commissions, and purchasing properties “as-is.”
Handle any roadblocks by confirming if other decision-makers need to be involved and addressing any discomfort the seller may have.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on all calls.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or cold calling role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
