We’re a media company revolved around reselling, pop-culture, and deals primarily on Instagram called @ResellUniversity. The brand is looking to onboard a Creative Manager who has undeniable experience in marketing, social media, content strategy, and overall media growth. You MUST have prior experience & be able to show off your resume

Salary:
$1.5k – $3k+ USD per month (Dependent on performance and skill)

NECESSARY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

You must be someone who just “gets” the content game, more specifically short-form. Understand why certain videos go viral, unique marketing tricks, video retention hacks, etc

– Producing and directing content pieces with the potential to go viral, researching find up-and-coming trends and side hustle news, knowing what makes people tick enough to spend more time on the platform.

– Basic Video Editing Skills with Capcut

– You’re the go-getter, “I-take-extreme-ownership-in-everything-I-work-on” type.

– You aren’t afraid to speak up, get shit done, and can work independently without being told to do so.

Ideally, you understand and are genuinely curious about the world of SIDE HUSTLES.

– You must at least have an intrinsically motivated interest in making money through side hustles and helping us to spread that through content.

– P.S. Not a dealbreaker, because we have all the resources to get you up to speed.

What your day-to-day would entail

– Plan content ahead of time, at least 2 weeks out, at any given time.
– Create and edit content pieces to post on our social media accounts.
– Partner with the team to write out scripts for our content creator to film.
– Conduct research on trends and viral content we can model after.
– Post content on our channels, primarily on Instagram.
– Routine profile upkeep and highlight updates.
– Monitor engagement data and activities.
– Support and direct our in-house creator in recording content, as needed.
– Send updates and reports on relevant information related to your role.
– Participate in any meetings, internal communications, calls, trainings, etc as made mandatory by the Company.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation for this role is between $1,500 – $3,000 a month, depending on your level of expertise and how well you prove your skills and character to the Company. Again, we are looking for “A” players and willing to pay that rate.

Performance bonuses are on the table as well – you help us hit our goals, and we’ll be more than happy to help you hit yours
