Your Role
As our Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all our operations including schduelig clients and managing cleaning staff. This includes phone support, email support, advertising campaigns, managing multiple schedules and web applications.
Your Team
You will be working in our Project Team and closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and reporting into the Head of Digital.
Responsibilities
* manage multiple schedules daily

•Very personable ( I can hear you smiling through email and phone)

•ability to analyze problems and fix them. Problems will arise and you must be able to make informed decision.

• Great communications skills- remembering to follow up via email and phone.

* Able to speak up and assert yourself. in a professional and polite manner.

• Able to keep calm in difficult situations able to still remain polite and non confrontational .

* Steller memory and organizing skills. Able to remember multiple tasks and great at taking notes and executing in a timely manner

* Committed to showing up daily and looking for improvements and assisting both cleaners and customers

* Self assured and confident – you need to be able to do your work independently

* Immaculate English speaking and professional writing skills –

* Able to take constructive criticism and apply it.

Must be ok with discipling staff
Update management daily
About You
Your Experience
3+ years proven experience working as Manager or in a similar customer service role
Experienced in managing multiple softwares at the same time
Record of achieving profit targets
Experience with managing the multiple schedules

experience in reporting and relating documentation
Experience managing project roadmaps
Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive and engaged teams to operate?
Your Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or similar field

System/equipment requirements:
– Laptop/desktop with at least available storage, 8gb ram
– Stable internet connection of at least 20 MBPS
– Backup workstation (preferred)
– Backup internet (must)
– USB headset (noise cancellation)

Must be able to work full time 8am- 5pm eastern standard time Monday- Friday.
