Full-time Customer Support Rep / VA

Hello! We are an e-commerce company based out of the United States. We’ve recently launched a new brand, and are looking to bring on a skilled and experienced VA to manage customer service and other day-to-day tasks. The brand is still in the early stages, but showing great promise. We are seeking candidates who are looking to get on the rocketship ????

— THE ROLE —
This is a full-time role where you will work closely alongside the founders. Your main tasks will include customer support, social media moderation, and order management. You may also be required to assist in other areas of the business as needed. The starting salary is flexible depending on your experience, and there is substantial room for growth. — QUALIFICATIONS —
* Customer support experience
* Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Fast and reliable internet connection
* Experience with data entry on Google Suite, Excel, etc.
* Experience with social media for moderation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
* Full-time availability (able to work at least 40 hours/week)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and systems
