We are an international company, working with a remote team in the Philippines since 2008.
We are looking for a full-time customer support representative with experience in technical support to work 8 hours/day. That is 40 hours per week.
YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. It means that you will be paid even if we don’t have much work (although most likely we will always have work for you).
YOUR PRIMARY ROLE is to answer our clients’ and prospects’ emails and website chats. We may require additional help with other administrative tasks if the need arises.
TIME SHIFT.
(US Market): 8 hours between 9am to 5pm EST. That’s 9pm to 5am in the Philippines.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Good and stable Internet connection
2. The candidate must be well-written/spoken in English, and comprehension is a must.
3. Blockchain and Crypto Knowledge are preferred.
