Job Description

Hi,

We’re looking for experienced VAs to take on a long-term (mainly) Non-Voice (Email & Chat) Customer Support role for the US market (NIGHT SHIFT).

This is the main task we’re hiring you for, but you’ll also need to take on additional responsibilities.

What we expect from you:

#1: Excellent written & spoken English (C1 and above).

#2: Reply to US customers as soon as they contact us (within 5 minutes after each message arrives).

#3: Work 7.5 hours a day Monday – Friday from 1 AM – 10 AM PH (9 AM – 6 PM US) time.
Note: You have a TOTAL of 1.5 hours of breaks daily: One 1-hour lunch break + 2x 15-min. breaks.

#4: 3+ years of working as a customer support representative.

#5: Additional experience with (some or all of) these is an advantage:

– Canva

– Social media managing:
1.1Creating & scheduling posts for FB & Instagram pages
1.2 Managing comments under FB ads & posts.

– ebook formatting

– ebook design

#6: A strong ability to show empathy & have an independent solution-oriented mindset.

#7: Prevent refunds by coming up with alternative solutions that keep customer satisfaction high.

COMPANY BENEFITS & SALARY:

#1: Work-From-Home Position.
#2: Full-Time Job Role – 37.5 hours per week (5 days, 7.5 hours ofactive work a day).
#3: Excellent salary – 50,000 PHP/month. Paid bimonthly by Wise (Former Transferwise).
#4: Monthly performance-based bonuses (over time).
