It’s Petya & Tim here 🙂

We’re looking for experienced VAs to take on a long-term Non-Voice (Email & more) Customer Support role for the US market (NIGHT SHIFT).

This is the main task we’re hiring you for.

However, we also need you to take on additional responsibilities.

What we expect from you:

#1: Excellent writing skills in English (C1 and above).
#2: Reply to US customer queries as soon as possible after they enter the inbox.
#3: Work 7.5 hours a day Monday – Friday from 12 AM – 8 AM PH (9 AM – 5 PM US) time.
#4: Proven work experience as a VA or email customer support.
#5: Additional experience with (some or all of) these tools/activities: Canva; ThriveArchitect; ActiveCampaign; ChatGPT4; ManyChat, ebook formatting; ebook design, etc.
#6: A strong ability to show empathy & have an independent solution-oriented mindset.
#7: Prevent refunds by coming up with alternative solutions that keep customer satisfaction high.

COMPANY BENEFITS & SALARY:

#1: Work-From-Home Position.
#2: Full-Time Job Role – 37.5 hours per week (5 days, 7.5 hours a day).
#3: Excellent salary – 30,000 PHP/month. Paid biweekly by Wise (Former Transferwise).
#4: Salary appraisals (over time).
