Full Time Data Analyst

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail who can analyse data we have acquired line by line and see if there are any potential opportunities for our business to capitalise on. It is important that you can remain focused throughout your work and follow the same process for each line of data.

You will be managing 6-10 accounts our business uses and you will be required to ensure that each account is growing month on month in both spend and profitability. To do this you must build relationships with the account reps and understand what it takes to build a good relationship.

List of Responsibilities:
-Grow the profitability of our accounts
-Analyse the data we have thoroughly.
-Perform strict checks on the data to determine if it is a potential business opportunity for us.
-Log any potential opportunities accurately to our google drive.

PLEASE NOTE: The work you will be doing will be repetitive and so you must be able to remain focused for the duration of your work.

To complete the tasks to the level we require, you will need to be able to use the applications listed below:

-Web research using Google Chrome
-Microsoft Excel
-Google Sheets
-Google Drive
-Communication apps like Slack
-Time Management software (timeproof, time doctor, tmetric, toggle)

In addition to this we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and will not cut corners on the process taught. If you think this is you then please tell us your favourite animal in the subject line.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday. You can work any time you want as long as you complete the 8 hours per day. This can be done in one block or multiple shortened blocks of work. Once the probationary period of 6 months is complete you will qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves. We honour most Filipino holidays except for All saints and All souls day.

We use specific software to allow the research to be performed quicker. You will get complete training on how to use this software and what criteria we are looking for if successful. You must however have a good understanding of how to use Google Drive and also Google Chrome as all of the work will be completed on these 2 softwares. Before you will be considered for this position you must ask for the 30 minute test within our application email.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own team and you will oversee the operations and ensure that the work is being completed to the standard we accept since you will be experienced in this position.
