We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and entering leads into Excel, as well as sending sales emails. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

1 YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DATA ENTRY ROLE NEEDED – WITHIN THE LAST 48 MONTHS

Responsibilities:
Source and gather potential leads from various online and offline sources.
Enter leads into Excel accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity.
Maintain and update lead databases regularly to reflect the most current information.
Conduct data research to obtain additional information on leads, as needed.
Prepare and send sales emails to potential leads, following established templates.
Monitor and track the progress of sales emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and assigned.
Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to track performance metrics.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and targets.
Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to write effective sales emails.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
