FULL TIME Digital Marketing Position –

Here is what we’re looking for at this time:

FAST LEARNER – You’re hungry to learn digital marketing and feel you have an ability to learn software platforms, analytics, design techniques, and strategies fast. Training and training modules will be a big part of this job opportunity. You do not have to be a digital marketing expert right now. We are much more interested in talent, potential, work ethic than having years of experience in a certain skilll set because we have very good and organized training and systems.

This means you could be just graduating, changing careers, started some time ago and are looking for working in a fair, respectful company culture that you’ll be working with all types of businesses from big national companies to startups doing all sorts of exciting marketing activities.

Flexible to learn different skills – We are a full stack marketing agency that is developing and evolving our services fast. We need someone who loves to try new things and develop new skills.

Eye of Design and Creative – Ultimately for our next team member we are looking for someone who is artistically inclined. You will be trained on design and ultimately using intuitive web design tools to help us build graphics. We are evaluating “potential” more than “experience”, this is because there is on the job training. If you aren’t artistically inclined we might consider you as a hire in the future as we’re growing fast but we are looking for someone with this potential right now.

TEAM PLAYER/ORGANIZED/LIKES SYSTEMS – You thrive on organization, systems, and love being able to deliver projects at the time you said you were, due to being on-point with your project processes/steps.

LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM FULL-TIME POSITION WITH GROWTH – You’re looking for a long-term stable job arrangement where you can grow and will be working with other team members eventually. We are not looking for someone who is already juggling multiple jobs or trying to do so but is focused on this position and looking for a long-term stable career.

Work Ethic – You take pride in your work and want to work in a place where this is rewarded and respected.

You are already engaged in other work. This is a 40 hour per week job that will require your full attention when working. But on the other hand you have a flexible schedule where you can set your own hours set how you like for most of the week.

You haven’t tried to learn a new skill in this space in the past 12 months.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT START?

The immediate opening is Full-Time. Your initial job will be to focus on these areas;
Marketing Research
Dealing with design/creative
Most definitely learning and being trained on new skills you might have not done before or thought you could do such as AI, marketing automation, marketing funnels and more.
Help improve and refine our project processes to prime the business for growth
Help in general/administrative
