Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be proficient in Google advertising (search, display, and remarketing), email marketing, and asset creation for various campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our development and design teams to create high-performing landing pages and impactful design assets for campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing advertising campaigns and funnels, creating and managing email marketing campaigns, and creating lead magnets for lead generation.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Parameters, performing Competitive Analysis, and other relevant digital marketing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, manage, and optimize Google advertising campaigns (search, display, and remarketing) to achieve marketing objectives.

– Collaborate with the development team to create and optimize high-converting landing pages for various marketing campaigns.

– Work closely with the design team to produce compelling design assets for campaigns.

– Design and implement email marketing drip campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and customer retention programs.

– Work with the design team to develop effective lead magnets for lead generation purposes.

– Create clear and well-organized maps or diagrams of campaigns and funnels for streamlined planning and execution.

– Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Parameters, and other relevant tools.

– Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

– Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance performance and return on investment.

– Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google advertising and email marketing.

– Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Parameters, and Competitive Analysis.

– Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

– Proven ability to create and execute results-driven campaigns and funnels.

– Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to detail.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

– Commitment to staying current with industry trends and adapting to new technologies and best practices.
