FULL-TIME – DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (Php 40,000-60,000/MONTH)

RMC Solutions is a TELUS Mobility partner seeking motivated, hard working, and energetic people who want to join our growing sales team in the Philippines. Your role is to manage digital marketing for the EPP (Corporate Employee Perks) portion of our business. You’ll be working from the comfort of your home. All training is provided for you with regular coaching to improve your skills.

Earn a competitive base rate (40,000 PHP monthly, paid monthly. 13th month pay as well) and bonuses based on performance.

Location: We’re located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and are expanding our sales team to the Philippines.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM EST – 4:30 PM EST

Summary of Tasks/Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
– Send out regular e-mail communications to our existing base of clients
– Update and maintain web portal to reflect in-market promotions/pricing
– Developing marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
– Optimizing and regularly updating all social media platforms with engaging content
– Meet KPIs (key performance indicators)

Home Work Station Requirements:
– Reliable PC
– Stable HARDWIRED connection (at least 5 MBPS) is fundamental for this job. Your computer CANNOT be connected to the

internet with a WiFi connection (we prefer applicants with DSL back-up connection).
