Full-Time E-Commerce Product Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual to assist us in uploading products to our WordPress website. This is a full-time role and requires working via screen sharing software.
Your responsibilities will include:
– downloading product information and photos from a different website
– editing the photos as necessary with AI tools
– coming up with creative descriptive names for the products
– creating product descriptions with assistance of AI tools
– proofreading/editing the product descriptions to appropriately describe the products and to describe the products in a creative and exciting manner that appeals to customers
– uploading them to our WordPress platform ensuring accuracy and completeness.
– organize and categorize products for optimal user experience
– may require liaising with suppliers using chat tools and AI to obtain basic information on product specifications where necessary
– reviewing and enhancing product descriptions and categorization of existing products
You must be comfortable working with a wide range of products, mainly but not limited to home décor products, and across multiple websites.

Requirements:
– Experience with WordPress WooCommerce and product uploading
– Proficient in handling both variable and simple products with multiple attributes
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
– Creative, to come up with descriptive product names which describe the product well
– Ability to work independently via screen sharing software
– Willingness to have camera on for all video calls and meetings

We will be required to complete an unpaid trial upload of 1 product to ascertain you have the necessary skills to fulfil the work requirements. When selected, guidance will be provided for the work.
