Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent individual to join our team as a Full-Time E-Commerce Product Manager and Rental Coordinator with Expert Computer Skills. This role involves working during EST office hours and requires proficiency in handling a wide range of products across multiple websites. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and also has experience in the hospitality and property management industry, especially in managing short-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings and inventory on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce channels.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including both variable and simple products with multiple attributes.
Utilize Google Sheets/MS Excel to track and analyze product performance, sales data, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and expansion.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product launches.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for data management and analysis.
– Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product management and data entry tasks.
– Commitment to a full-time role with no other concurrent employers.
– Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar capacity, with a focus on managing short-stay or vacation rental properties.
– Proficiency in navigating various operating systems, with very good skills in Google Workspace, and property management software like Airbnb
– Strong organizational abilities allowing for efficient management of multiple tasks and calendars.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
– Ability to promptly address guest inquiries and emergencies, ensuring swift resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
– Proactive, highly organised, and capable of handling the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties remotely
– Can create and update listings on short-stay platforms, ensuring all information is current and attractive.
– Handle scheduling of cleaning and maintenance services for multiple properties.
– Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Honest, motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
