We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, and well-rounded manager with e-commerce experience who is skilled in strategizing for success. Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage PureVibe’s online stores on , Amazon, Shopify and other marketplaces.
– Ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
– Monitor and analyze store performance, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
– Analyze sales, marketing, and logistics data to make informed decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
– Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
– Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
– Implement and maintain efficient supply chain processes to support store operations.
– Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Conduct regular A/B tests to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely responses in collaboration with our customer service representative.
– Collaborate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
– Track and report on key performance metrics to the executive team.
– Provide regular updates on store performance, inventory status, and supply chain activities.
– Develop and implement action plans based on performance analysis.
– Implement and manage PPC campaigns, focusing on data analysis to continuously optimize for performance.
– Optimize ad spend to find the ideal balance between maximizing budget and achieving a favorable TACOS/ACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale/Advertising Cost of Sale).
– Continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
– Ensure consistent stock availability and prevent shortages.
– Optimize inventory management to reduce costs and minimize value tied up in stock.
– Seek ways to reduce logistics expenses without compromising delivery times.
– Provide support with micro-tasks as needed by top management to ensure smooth operation of e-commerce activities and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Proven e-commerce experience, especially in managing Amazon, Shopify and (Expert)
– Demonstrated ability in a data-driven role, capable of leveraging analytics for strategic decisions.
– Proficiency in keywords, PPC, and web analytics tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
– Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
– Adaptability to rapidly changing e-commerce environments.
– Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
– Team collaboration skills while also being able to complete tasks independently.
– Passion for e-commerce and a continuous improvement mindset.
– Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
– Ownership of tasks with a profit mindset, aiming for efficiency and growth.
– Hands-on approach to tasks with a well-rounded skill set adaptable to various e-commerce needs.
