Entry-level Social Media Manager is a learning role where you would provide support directly to the Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Department to empower law firms to reach their target audiences and achieve their business goals through engaging and impactful digital campaigns.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
– Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and reading) to effectively communicate with clients and audiences.
– Experience or familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, enabling you to tailor content for each platform’s unique audience.
– Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software to create visually engaging graphics and videos.
– Availability: You must be available full-time (40 hours a week), and you must be available during one of these schedules: 8:00 AM EDT – 4:30 PM EDT, 8:30 AM EDT – 5:00 PM EDT, 9:00 AM EDT – 5:30 PM EDT, or 9:30 AM EDT – 6:00 PM EDT.”

– Proven track record in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, showcasing your ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
– Strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing you to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
– Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand identity and messaging of our law firm clients.
– Knowledge of the legal industry, including an understanding of legal ethics and regulations concerning advertising, to craft content that adheres to the professional standards of the legal field.
