PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Full Time Executive Assistant to be the right-hand person to the CEO, helping to support and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. They will be expected to work closely with the CEO and his clients in his Venture Capital Firm committed to supporting new startups making a difference in the world.
*Main Tasks / Responsibilities*
– Proven ability to understand and align with the values and goals of the company and its leadership. A passion for supporting and enabling the success of the business and its mission to make a meaningful environmental impact in the world.
– Using strong organizational and administrative skills, proactively think several steps ahead and anticipate the needs of the CEO. Proactively streamline workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Email management – Will be able to determine the high-priority messages, respond to emails that are with less priority, and be proactive in organizing my inbox.
– Calendar management – Managing appointments, travel arrangements, and important dates.
– Administrative management – Collect, organize and distribute details to partners regarding investment performance, do follow-ups with paperwork, manage files and records in a systematic manner, and liaise with clients.
– Project Management – Streamline processes and make things flow as efficiently as possible.
*Must-have Skills / Qualities*
– At least 3 years of experience working with a CEO or in a high-level executive support role. Freelance experience in Executive Support counts towards this requirement.
– Proficient in written and spoken American English. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
– Experience using the Project Management tool, , Evernote for note-taking, Well-versed in using Microsoft Office (communication largely through email), and Dropbox.
– Possesses a strong attention to detail and a passion for identifying opportunities to improve and optimize processes, resulting in efficient and organized operation of the business.
*Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS)*
– Marketing – Help to maintain a regular presence on social media, and update the content on the website.
– Research – Perform periodic research on LinkedIn or Google regarding potential partners, investors, or investments
– Experience working in the Venture Capital Industry space.
– Crunchbase experience
Budget, Hours, and Schedule
> $8 – 10/hour, Full-time role
> Working hours are in Pacific Time.
