You can qualify to join our team if…
– You’re familiar with current technologies like Housecallpro, GoHighLevel and WordPress.
– Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), are second nature to you.
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar) is a breeze for you.
– Your excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills set you apart.
– You’re able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information effortlessly.
– Previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or in customer service, is preferred.
– Basic understanding of business operations, including budgeting, creating business and marketing plans, contracts, agreements, and time management, is a plus.
