I am looking to hire a full-time VA / Executive assistant to help me manage my virtual office answering emails, providing customer service to my clients (scheduling calls, sending proposals, sending contracts/invoices, scheduling emails, organizing calendars and tracking progress on spreadsheets. Customer service skills, Excellent written and Verbal English skills are required
Experience in customer service is required
Organizing contact information and details oriented with dates and times is required
CRM Experience and/or data entry required
Work times from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard time
You will be primarily responsible for:
– Scheduling calls with prospects
– Communicating to clients over email on our behalf
– Scheduling addresses, names, and bookings in my calendars
– Generating and sending proposals over email
– Following up on sent proposals to clients who have not responded
– Send contracts/invoices and collecting payment
– Tracking progress and updating internal spreadsheets
– Setting up new customers in CRM
Additional skills that are a plus but not required:
– Data scraping
– Video editing
– Graphic design
There is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and develop, but it’s important that basic English writing skills are clear to start.
