Position: Full-Time Web Developer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement design suggestions and enhance the user experience.
Integrate the Property Data API to fetch and display property-related data in real-time.
Develop and maintain the property listings page, investment calculator, property comparison tool, and other user functionalities.
Ensure the platform’s responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Implement security measures to protect user data and ensure the platform’s integrity.
Work with the database team to ensure smooth data retrieval and storage operations.
Optimise the platform for speed and scalability.
Collaborate with the team to define the code architecture and establish best practises.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the platform as needed.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operational activities.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in NextJS and ReactJS.
Strong experience with .
Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management.
Familiarity with Firebase for backend services.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud computing solutions.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and external API integrations.
Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

Salary
Negotiable, ranging from $700 to $1,200 monthly, based on experience
