We are seeking an Expert Google Ads Specialist to join our team and manage our client accounts.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our agency as a freelance/contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ Google Ads accounts, including Search Ads, Display Ads, and Performance Max campaigns. This role demands a deep understanding of Google Ads, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including Search Ads, Display Ads, and Performance Max.
* Create compelling and effective text ads that drive engagement and conversions.
* Develop and implement audience strategies to ensure ads reach the right people.
* Utilize Google Merchant Centre and Google Analytics 4 to enhance campaign performance.
* Generate comprehensive reports with insightful commentary on campaign performance.
* Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance on a monthly basis.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment with overall client goals and strategies.
* Help with reviewing accounts for new sales pitches

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, preferably within an agency setting.
* Expertise in managing Search Ads, Display Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
* Strong skills in ad creation, particularly text ads.
* Proficient in Google Merchant Centre and Google Analytics 4.
* Proficient at setting up Product Feeds via Merchandising Centre, WooCommerce or Shopify.
* Ability to create detailed reports and provide meaningful commentary.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to improving campaign performance.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Based in the Philippines
