FULL TIME Facebook Posting / Direct Engagement DMs

Hello, I am looking for a full-time employee to engage directly on social media, particularly Facebook.

FINDING RELEVANT FACEBOOK GROUPS, POSTING TO THE GROUPS, REPLYING AND FOLLOWING UP TO INTERESTED PEOPLE. INSTRUCTIONS AND TRAINING PROVIDED.

FULL TIME WORK.

This job will REQUIRE VERY GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS using a SPREADSHEET to track each lead. The current status of each lead must be entered with each interaction, and you will be interacting with a lot of DMs.

The purpose of this position is to generate AMAZON REVIEWS for several e-books.

You will be giving away copies of an ebook directly with people who respond to facebook posts.

The method for generating these reviews will be DIRECT INTERACTION with interested people.

It also requires some conversation skills, as some leads will have questions. Good English is preferred and a willingness to use a translator to communicate with Spanish-speaking leads is also preferred. With the short nature of these interactions, running the dialogue through a translator will suffice. Of course, speaking Spanish is also a bonus.

Finding interested parties is part of the job. You will search for relevant Facebook groups and, with permission, make posts asking for readers interested in a free copy of the ebook in exchange for a review. They will engage you via DM with a link in the post. So you will be receiving hundreds of DMs and need to be able to systematically respond and record the status of the interaction in the spreadsheet.

Later, if enough reviews are generated, the job position can pivot into managing social media accounts, running ads, and generating engagement for author brands, so if you have experience in this area as well it’s a huge bonus for long-term employment. The first task will simply be Facebook posts and DM replies.

This is the procedure for book review lead generation: Find relevant Facebook groups. You will search for groups relevant to the book title. Ask admins for permission to make a post offering a free ebook. Make the post with a link to your own DMs. Interested people will DM you and you will provide them with a book digital copy. Two weeks later, you will follow up with them, multiple times if needed, to see if they would be willing to post a review on Amazon and other sites. That’s pretty much it but you will be engaging with hundreds if not thousands of Facebook users over time, which means someone with very organized spreadsheet experience is a must or at least someone who can be very organized and is willing to learn how to input the names and statuses in a basic spreadsheet that I will provide. Later we will add in facebook ads. Once enough reviews are in after several months, you can continue employment as a social media promoter for author brands and author social media pages. If you have experience in social media promotion, gaining followers etc, please mention it because this is a bonus for long-term employment. Or if you are simply eager to learn social media promotion to promote these author pages and gain followers. thanks!
